RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Scentualist Candle Company, every product is crafted with intention, care, and attention to detail. Due to the personal nature of our products, we ask that you review our policy below.

Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on used or opened candles.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we are here to make it right.

To request a replacement, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damaged item

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out so we can assist you with care.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • Your order was not delivered

If approved:

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5-10 business days for processing

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Scentualist Candle Company is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
